Loke Wing Fatt, Singapore, has volunteered to help spreading and developing English Debate in China since 2004. In the 19th FLTRP Cup, Mr Loke will serve as Chief Academic Trainer, in charge of planning and conducting seminars and workshops all over China.

As a debate educator, Mr Loke has been Chief Adjudicator and breaking judge of many prestigious global and regional debating events, and he is the Founder of Hong Kong Debate Open as well as China BP. Mr Loke is also the Head Coach of Team China at World Schools Debating Championships.
